1/4/2026 Your perception is your realityEver look back at a decision you made and think:
“Why did I do that?” And now you’re living with a result you don’t want. Here’s what’s important to understand: Your brain is wired for scarcity. Unless you were taught, or truly exposed, to a different way of thinking, you literally couldn’t see another option at the time. You made the decision with the tools, beliefs and awareness you had then. So instead of regret, try compassion. Have compassion for the version of you who did the best she could with what she knew how to understand in that moment. Because perception is reality. That doesn’t mean it’s factually true. It means it was true to you. And what feels true to you is powerful enough to shape: • how you think • how you act • and the results you create in your life This is why changing results isn’t about “trying harder.” It’s about learning how to think differently, on purpose. And that skill? It can be learned.
