6/11/2025 You can change your mindYou can train your brain 🧠
Yup, even if it’s been spiraling in negativity for years 🌀 One thing everyone struggles with is mindset. That little whisper in your mind that says: “You’re not good enough.” “You don’t belong here.” “Who do you think you are to be doing this?” It sounds like imposter syndrome, but deeper down, it’s a belief system we’ve unknowingly trained our minds to default to. But just like it was trained to spiral into self-doubt, you can retrain it to default to confidence, trust, and hope. One powerful way to do this is by anchoring your mindset work in Islam. 🌙 In the quiet moments of the morning or night, sit in stillness—not the rushing kind of Alhamdulillah we say on autopilot—but deep, intentional shukr (gratitude). Thank Allah for things in specific, heartfelt detail: Not just “I’m grateful for my health”-- But: “I’m grateful my arms have the strength to chop vegetables and cook meals for my family.” “I’m grateful my eyes saw my child smile today.” This practice of still reflection—tafakkur—is transformative ✨ Sit for 10 minutes. Bring awareness to the thoughts that disrupt your peace and momentum. Write them down. With my clients, I take it a step further using a powerful coaching tool rooted in self-awareness. We explore: 🧠 What thoughts are actually creating their current results 🚫 Which of those thoughts aren’t true—or aren’t serving them 💡 And how to shift those thoughts intentionally to ones that lead to the results they do want This is how we live consciously. This is how we take our minds from chaos to clarity. And it’s not just personal development—it’s spiritual development. Because Allah commands us in the Qur’an: “Indeed, in that are signs for those who reflect (yatafakkaroon).” [Qur’an 30:21] If you’ve been struggling with your mindset, feeling stuck, or constantly fighting that negative inner voice—I invite you to book a free consultation with me. Let’s talk about where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s been getting in the way. You don’t have to keep spinning. Your brain is trainable. And with the right tools, you can learn to lead it—rather than letting it lead you.
