7/7/2026 When you're feeling stuck“I’m stuck.” 💭
It feels like a fact. But it’s just a thought your brain has uses when it doesn’t want to figure out a solution. Your brain is designed to conserve energy and protect you from uncertainty. When you’re facing change, making a big decision, or pursuing a meaningful goal, your nervous system often interprets the unknown as a potential threat. Instead of saying, “This is new,” your brain labels it, “I’m stuck.” That thought creates helplessness. When you believe you’re stuck, you stop looking for options. You stop experimenting. You stop taking action. Then you create the very evidence that convinces you you were stuck all along. Sop treating every thought as the truth. Your brain is offering a sentence, you decide whether to believe it. Try asking: “What is one decision or action I’m avoiding because I’m believing I’m stuck?” Momentum doesn’t come after certainty. It comes after movement. Allah opens doors for those who take steps with trust in Him. Tawakkul isn’t waiting for clarity before acting, it’s moving forward while placing your reliance on Allah. If you’ve been feeling stuck in your career, purpose, or next chapter, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
