Starting a new goal or dream is exhilarating. You’re filled with momentum, belief, and energy, moving at full speed ahead. But that energy doesn’t always stay constant.
Doubts creep in. The fear of failure gnaws at you. The opinions of others weigh heavy. The lack of immediate results chips away at your confidence. Suddenly, you find yourself slowing down, no longer moving with the same enthusiasm you once had. But here’s the truth: this dip in energy is normal. The first step is simply being aware that this happens. The second step is knowing how to tap back into belief and replenish your energy so you can keep going. Because the only way to reach your goals is to actually keep going. For me, I get back on track by: • Seeking coaching to help me refocus. • Watching coaching program replays or listening to podcasts that reignite my motivation. You need to find what works for you and make it a practice to replenish your belief and energy. Allah (SWT) tells us in the Qur’an: “So ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.” (16:43) We aren’t meant to figure it all out on our own. Seeking outside support, whether through coaching, mentorship, or uplifting conversations, is part of staying on the right path and striving for success in both dunya and akhirah. If you’re curious about how coaching can help you stay energized and committed to your goals, Email me for a free consultation. Let’s figure out what works for you so you can keep going.
