3/9/2026 When weakness takes overHave you ever had a moment where your inner world feels like complete turmoil?
Your brain is loud. “You’re not capable.” “You’re not smart enough.” “You can’t do this.” “You never do anything right.” When your mind is offering thoughts like this all day long, it can start to feel like weakness has taken over. Like this is just who you are. But this is one of the most important things we coach on. You are not the weakness your brain is describing. Your brain is offering a story. A pattern of thinking it learned somewhere along the way. But it is not your identity. Separate who you are from what your brain is saying. You are the one observing the thoughts, not the thoughts themselves. That means the identity of: “I’m incapable.” “I’m not good enough.” “I can’t do anything right.” is not fixed. It’s something you can dissolve. Something you can let go of. And something you can replace with a much stronger identity: Someone who is capable. Someone who figures things out. Someone who grows stronger through challenges instead of shrinking from them. The work isn’t about pretending the thoughts aren’t there. It’s about learning how to lead your mind instead of letting it lead you. And that changes everything. If your inner world has been feeling heavy lately, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
