4/2/2026 What if?What if…?
Two of the most uncomfortable words your brain will offer you. What if it doesn’t work? What if I fail? What if I embarrass myself? And instead of answering the question you live inside it. “what if” is not curiosity. It’s avoidance dressed up as consideration. Because part of self-trust isn’t just believing in yourself it’s being willing to find out. To take the step. To have the conversation. To put yourself in the room. Even when your brain is offering fear as protection. Your brain would rather you sit in the discomfort of “what if” than risk the discomfort of trying and getting an answer. But your soul craves clarity. And clarity only comes from action. You don’t build self-trust by waiting until you feel ready. You build it by showing yourself that you can handle any outcome. Whether it works or it doesn’t. Whether it goes how you planned or not. Every time you get an answer, you collect evidence: 👉 I follow through 👉 I don’t abandon myself 👉 I can face reality That’s self-trust. So instead of asking “what if…?” Ask: “What am I willing to do to find out?” And then go get your answer. If you’re tired of living in indecision and want to start building real self-trust in your life I’m offering free consultations where we’ll uncover exactly where you’re stuck and how to move forward with clarity. Let’s get you out of “what if” and into certainty. Email [email protected] to book your free consultation call. Comments are closed.
