11/29/2025 What do you want to be true about you?One of the biggest ways we give away our power is by letting someone else’s opinion become our truth.
Someone says you’re “too sensitive,” “not consistent,” “not ready,” “not capable,” “not disciplined enough,” “not meant for big things”… And suddenly your brain runs with it. But here’s the real question: What if it’s true… and what if it’s not true? Based on those answers decide what you want to keep and what you want to let go of- to build the version of yourself that you want to be. Circumstances don’t create our feelings — our thoughts do. So someone else’s sentence about you? It’s neutral. It only becomes painful when you pick it up and believe it. You get to decide: Do I want this thought? Does this serve the person I’m becoming? Does this align with the purpose Allah (SWT) put inside of me? Being in control of your life starts with being in control of your interpretation. Imagine how different your life would look if you stopped internalizing every comment, every judgment, every projection — and instead anchored yourself in your values, your vision, and the potential Allah placed inside you. This is the real work I do with my clients: Rebuilding self-concept, taking back emotional control, and learning to make your own truth louder than anyone else’s. If this is resonating, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. Let’s talk about the goals you want to bring to life — personally or professionally — and how coaching can help you finally step into the version of you you’re meant to be.
