9/27/2025 The right time is createdDo you ever catch yourself saying…
“It’s not the right time”? That’s exactly what one of my clients used to tell herself. She had an idea she cared about deeply, something she knew could serve people, but every time she thought about starting, she delayed. “Later. Someday. After this season passes.” Here’s what we uncovered in coaching: it was never about the calendar. It was about fear. • Fear of failing. • Fear of being seen. • Fear of whether she was really good enough. Our brains like to package fear as “logic.” Not the right time sounds reasonable, but it keeps you standing still. And the longer you wait, the heavier it feels to begin. Once she started coaching, everything shifted. She began separating fear from truth. She started building belief in her worth, her skills, her ability to figure things out. And with that came movement. She’s not waiting anymore. She’s moving forward—imperfectly, courageously, consistently. From an Islamic perspective, waiting for the “perfect time” can actually be a form of procrastination. Allah (SWT) tells us in the Qur’an: “And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous.” (3:133) We’re encouraged to act, not to delay until everything feels comfortable. The right time doesn’t arrive. It’s created. That’s what coaching helps you do—create the time, the belief, and the momentum to live out what’s on your heart. If you’ve been postponing, I’d love to invite you to a free consultation. Together, we’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck and how you can start moving toward the life you’re meant to live.
