5/14/2026 Stuck between two thingsYou’re stuck between two decisions.
This or that. And your brain keeps spinning trying to figure out the right answer. Instead of asking: “What should I do?” or “What could I do?” Try asking: “What would I LOVE to do?” Make two lists. Why would you choose this option? Why would you choose that option? Then look closely at your reasons. Which reasons feel alive? Which reasons feel expansive? Which reasons feel aligned with the life you actually want? And which reasons are just coming from fear, people pleasing, pressure or obligation? Your reasons matter. When your reasons are: “I should.” “I have to.” “It sounds responsible.” “People expect me to.” You create resistance, burnout, resentment and disconnection from yourself. But when your reasons are: “I want this.” “I love this.” “This feels meaningful to me.” “This is who I want to become.” You create sustainable momentum. Doing things from a place of compulsion drains you. Doing things from desire, alignment and intention energizes you. You do not build a fulfilling life by constantly abandoning yourself to meet expectations. You build it by learning to trust yourself enough to choose what genuinely calls you. If you feel stuck in indecision, disconnected from yourself, or unsure what direction to take in life, I’d love to help. Email [email protected] to book your free consultation call.
