5/17/2026 ResponsibilityYou are responsible for solving the problems that come with your dream.
Not from shame. Not from pressure. But from empowerment. A client of mine was procrastinating HARD on selling inventory she had purchased for her business. At first glance, it looked like: “lack of discipline” “fear of selling” “not enough motivation” But through coaching, we uncovered the real reason: When the products arrived, the colors and overall style didn’t come out the way she envisioned. In her mind, it no longer represented her brand. So every time she thought about posting it online, her brain resisted. Procrastination usually makes sense once you uncover the thought driving it. So when her thought was: “This doesn’t represent me.” The feeling was discouragement and resistance. And from that emotional state avoidance made complete sense to her brain. But as a business owner, the inventory still existed. The investment still needed to be recouped. The business goals still mattered. So instead of staying stuck we coached on: “How do we move forward in a way that actually makes sense now that we understand what’s happening?” And once the real issue was uncovered, solutions became available. We came up with multiple ways she could sell the inventory that felt far more aligned for her than forcing herself to market it online as part of her brand. Because responsibility doesn’t mean forcing yourself to do things in ways that feel terrible. It means becoming willing to solve the problem instead of staying stuck inside it. This is such an important part of building dreams. Things will not always go according to plan. Products may flop. Ideas may evolve. You may outgrow things. Your vision may change. But successful people keep asking from a place of understanding: “Okay now what’s my next move?” If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward toward your goals, coaching can help uncover what’s actually going on beneath the surface so you can move with clarity instead of avoidance.
