Allah (SWT) reminds us in Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:48):
“And if any of you has a dispute about a matter, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.” This ayah teaches us the importance of seeking clarity from those with more knowledge and authority. In the same way, when we’re stuck or unsure, sometimes we need to seek an external perspective to move forward. I see this all the time in my free consults. For many Muslim women, it’s the first time they’ve ever experienced coaching—and suddenly, they see things they couldn’t see before. The analogy I always use is: you can’t read your own label 🏷️ while you’re inside the jar 🫙 You can’t think your way to clarity because you’re inside your own mind, seeing the same thoughts on repeat. You need to step outside of your head to get a new perspective—and that’s exactly what coaching helps you do. Sometimes, the first step isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being willing to see things differently. Where in your life do you need a new perspective? Email me to schedule your free consultation where we uncover where you are and where you would like to be on this journey of life.
