One of the most striking moments in Juz 3 is when the believers at Uhud went from winning to struggling—not because they lacked ability, but because their mindset shifted. They saw success and assumed the battle was over. When things changed, they lost their footing.
How often do we do this in life? We feel confident only when things are going well—when we’re getting results, receiving praise, or seeing progress. But the second things slow down, we start doubting everything. True strength isn’t about waiting for external success to feel capable. It’s about building an internal foundation so that no matter what’s happening outside, you remain steady. This is something I work on with my clients all the time—helping them build the kind of confidence that doesn’t waver when circumstances change. If this is something you’ve been struggling with, let’s chat. I’d love to help. Email me to schedule your free consultation where can uncover where you are and where you would like to be on this journey of life.
