Allah (SWT) says:
“Indeed, Allah does not wrong the people at all, but it is the people who wrong themselves.” (Quran 10:44) Sometimes, the hardest thing isn’t the challenge itself, but the fear of finding out that we can’t overcome it. I’ve seen this so often with women who hesitate to reach out for coaching. The quiet, lingering thought is: • What if I’m the one person coaching won’t work for? • What if I try, and it just confirms that I’m truly broken? • What if she tells me I’m the one person who can’t be helped? But here’s the truth: these fears often keep us stuck. And when we choose to stay stuck, when we let fear stop us from seeking solutions, we end up wronging ourselves—just as the ayah reminds us. We’re holding ourselves back from the growth 🌱 ease, and clarity that could be within reach. I think of one client who spent months thinking about reaching out. She told me later that it took a moment of bravery to finally send that message. And once she did, everything started to shift. Through our work together, she got her mind 🧠unstuck in so many areas of her life—like managing her anxiety, releasing the guilt of being a working mom, and easing her worry about her children’s future. She described the experience as “eye-opening and like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.” Sometimes, the scariest step is reaching out. But it can also be the most transformative. If you’ve been thinking about change but are afraid it won’t work for you, I invite you to a conversation, just a space to explore. Because you’re not broken. You’re just one decision away from a new path. If you’re ready to take that step, Email me to book a free consultation with me. Let’s talk about where you feel stuck and how you can move forward.
