2/11/2026 OverwhelmOverwhelm is usually your brain saying:
“I don’t think I can handle this.” But sometimes you are capable. You are getting a lot done. You’re just in a crunch season. And your brain starts offering: “It’s too much.” “This is a lot.” “I can’t keep up.” Not because it’s true but because your brain doesn’t like pressure or doing hard work. So the first question isn’t ❌ “How do I make this go away?” It’s 👉🏽 “Is this actually too much?” Ask yourself honestly: • Am I getting things done well? • Am I showing up? • Is the quality still there? If yes, then this is capacity building, not overwhelm. That’s when you tell your brain: “I have the capacity. I am capable. I’m doing this well.” Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re not getting it done. On the other hand if you are dropping balls, missing deadlines, or feeling scattered then it’s not about pushing harder. It’s about: • What is the actual priority right now? • What can be postponed? • What can be canceled completely? Not everything deserves your energy at the same time. Overwhelm isn’t solved by doing less automatically. It’s solved by thinking more clearly about your capacity. If your brain is constantly telling you “It’s too much” and you’re not sure whether to push through or pull back book a free consultation and let’s look at what’s really happening and decide from a grounded, capable place, not from panic. You’re always stronger than your brain is giving you credit for.
