Most of what you believe about yourself-
Isn’t truth. It’s just your most practiced thought. Not the most accurate thought. Just the one you’ve repeated so many times, it feels like a fact. And here’s the wild part: Studies show about 80% of our thoughts every day are negative ➖ And most of them? Are about ourselves. “I’m not good enough.” “I always mess things up.” “People will think I’m a joke.” “It’s too late for me.” “Other people are so much further ahead.” “Who do I think I am to want more?” Sound familiar? When those are the thoughts running on loop in the background, it’s no surprise we hesitate. We play small. We avoid trying. We procrastinate. We overthink. We talk ourselves out of the very things Allah might have placed in our heart. The Prophet ﷺ said: “None of you should say: ‘My soul has become evil,’ but he should say: ‘My soul is not at ease.’” Even our self-talk matters in this deen. We’re taught to speak to ourselves with gentleness. To assume goodness. To nurture our souls — not label them harshly. 🧠 If 80% of your brain is offering you negative thoughts, you’ll have to learn how to flip that. 🔃 To create new dominant thoughts — ones that serve you, not shrink you. Because what you think repeatedly… becomes what you believe. And what you believe… becomes what you create. If you’re ready to train your brain to speak to you with compassion, confidence, and purpose -- 📩 I offer free consultations for Muslim women who are ready to build that skill and change their lives through intentional thought. Let’s shift the thoughts — so you can shift your story.
