Most people think the hard part is finding your purpose.
But that’s actually just phase one. The second phase — the one that catches most people off guard — is coaching your brain to actually walk toward it. Because the truth is: ➡️ Your brain will resist doing the things that bring you closer to fulfillment. ➡️ Not because they’re bad — but because they’re new. ➡️ And new feels unsafe to a brain that’s trained to survive, not thrive. Even if where you are now feels heavy, confusing, or disappointing… Your brain will choose it over and over again just because it’s familiar. That’s why purpose work needs coaching to create tangible results. You might get a burst of clarity of what your purpose is — then stall, overthink, or sabotage it. From an Islamic perspective, this reminds me of the du’a of Prophet Musa عليه السلام: “رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي” “My Lord, expand for me my chest…” (Qur’an 20:25) Even a prophet asked for the emotional capacity to step into his mission. Because having a purpose is one thing. Living it out takes strength, clarity, and support. If you’re in that first phase — trying to figure out what your purpose even is right now -- I made a short video to help you take that first step. Email me and I’ll send it over. [email protected] You’re not broken. You’re just stuck in an old pattern. Let’s change that, one powerful step at a time. Comments are closed.
