11/6/2025 Fear of AbandonmentThe fear of abandonment runs deep 🕳️
In a recent consultation, I spoke with a young woman who doubted the college major she aimed for, wasn’t sure of her purpose and her ability to form deep, meaningful relationships. As we talked, we discovered what was underneath it all: A fear of abandonment. Her parents had left her in the care of extended family for most of her childhood while they worked abroad. ✈️ On the surface, life went on. But inside, a part of her learned: “People leave.” So even as an adult, she kept her guard up. 🛡️ Never fully connecting. Never letting anyone see her. Awareness is the first step. But the real transformation happens when you unwind and process the original pain — not from blame or victimhood, but from deep compassion and healing. Because unprocessed abandonment doesn’t stay confined to childhood. It shows up everywhere: in careers, friendships, marriage… even in parenthood. The past only exists in your mind — but as long as you keep thinking it, you keep reliving it. Coaching gives you a relationship where you’re not abandoned — you’re supported while you learn to support yourself. That’s the power of 1:1 coaching. You don’t have to carry old stories into your future. You can become the version of yourself who feels safe, grounded, and open to connection. That’s the work we do inside my Purpose Program — uncovering the hidden emotional blocks that hold you back, processing them with compassion, and walking the path toward who Allah created you to be. If you’ve been carrying something that feels too heavy to face alone — you don’t have to. 🗓️ The deadline to schedule your free consultation for my Purpose Program is November 17 — so you can step into the new year with direction, clarity and purpose.
