8/9/2025 Emotions don't have to stop youYou don’t have to stop for negative emotions.
When you’re sad, frustrated, or disappointed, it’s tempting to press pause on your purpose until you “feel better.” But here’s the thing — you can process and pursue at the same time. Give your emotions the space they need. Don’t buffer with distractions. Don’t avoid. Feel them fully and directly. And then… keep walking toward your purpose. Because emotions are just vibrations in your body. They don’t have the power to stop you — unless you hand over the keys. In Islam, we’re not told to be happy all the time. Even the Prophet ﷺ experienced grief, sadness, and fear. What matters is that he still showed up for the mission Allah gave him. That’s our example: allow the human experience, but don’t let it pull you off the path Allah placed you on. You can hold discomfort in one hand and your purpose in the other. That’s how you live with ihsan — doing your best, even when it’s hard. If you’re ready to learn how to show up for your purpose while being human (messy emotions and all), I offer a free consultation. We’ll talk about where you are, what’s in your way, and how to move toward the life Allah created you for. Email me to book your free consultation call 📞 [email protected] Salam 👋🏽, I’m Meha, a life & purpose coach focused on empowering Muslim women to live more fulfilled lives and achieve success on their own terms.
