5/20/2026 Change your routine with the seasonYour brain wants every day to look the same. Same routine. Same energy. Same schedule. All year long.
But we are not designed that way. We are meant to live season by season. Winter ❄️ should feel different than summer ☀️ Spring 🌸 should feel different than fall 🍂 Even nature shifts its rhythm. Longer days. Shorter days. Different energy. Different needs. And yet so many people judge themselves because their routine doesn’t stay identical 365 days a year. One of my clients works in the medical field and was struggling with the longer gap between Maghreb and Isha right now. She would either: • Sleep after Maghreb and wake up feeling off • Or stay awake but feel like she was wasting time At the same time, she had goals she deeply wanted to achieve: • 2 pages of Quran a day • Meal prep • Skin care • Working out 3x a week So instead of fighting this season we coached on moving WITH it. I suggested using that hour+ between Maghreb and Isha as her personal reset block. Quran. Meal prep. Skin care. Movement. Now she stays awake until Isha naturally, gets meaningful things done, and goes to sleep feeling accomplished instead of frustrated. And when fall and winter come, this routine will change again. Because it’s supposed to. Stop trying to force yourself into rigid systems that ignore your actual life, energy and circumstances. The goal is not to become a robot 🤖 The goal is to learn how to think intentionally and create routines that support the season you are currently in. There is wisdom in flexibility. There is wisdom in adapting. There is wisdom in working with your life instead of against it.
