Believe it's done

My kids are in swimming 🏊‍♀️ classes right now, and every week I remind them to believe fully that they can move up to the next level.

Last week, my daughter said, “But I didn’t move up last time.”

I asked her, “How did you show up in class when you believed this was the week?”

She said, “I did everything. And I wasn’t afraid.”

Exactly. That’s what you do—every week—until it does happen.

This is what no one explicitly taught us growing up: The secret isn’t just in working hard—it’s in showing up like it’s guaranteed.

That belief fuels the energy, the action, and the results.
