11/5/2025 AutopilotAutopilot isn’t actually brave.
Sometimes we think we’re being strong because we “just push through.” We do the scary thing — send the message, make the post, have the conversation — but we do it on autopilot. We disconnect from our bodies so we don’t have to feel the fear, the tight chest, or the racing heart. 🫀 We get it done — ✅ — but we’re not in it. And that kind of autopilot isn’t growth. It’s disconnection.⛓️💥 When you move through life like that, you’re teaching your brain that emotions are dangerous ⚠️ That it’s better to numb out and just perform. But long-term, that makes it harder to make aligned decisions or even know what you truly want — because your body is a truth-teller. It always knows. It’s your brain 🧠 that tries to trick you into playing safe, avoiding discomfort, and staying small. The work isn’t to avoid emotions, it’s to feel them on purpose. You have to gag and go— not by shutting down, but by feeling the gag and going anyway. That’s real courage. Feeling the fear and staying connected. Not numbing your way through it. If you’ve been pushing yourself to do all the “right things” but still feel disconnected from what you want or who you are — this is your sign to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild from the inside out. My Purpose Program is where we do exactly that — learning to process emotions, make decisions from alignment, and live with intentional purpose as Muslim women. 🗓️ The deadline to schedule your free consultation for my Purpose Program is November 17 — so you can step into the new year with direction, clarity and purpose.
