7/31/2026 Do you really want to change your life?Everyone says they want change.
But very few people are truly hungry for it. There’s a difference. When you’re interested in a better life, you’ll work on your goals when it’s convenient. When you’re hungry, you’ll keep going when it’s uncomfortable. You’ll keep showing up after rejection. You’ll keep taking action before you feel confident. You’ll keep learning when the results haven’t arrived yet. Because the desire for the life you want becomes greater than the desire to stay comfortable. Some of my clients want to spend months looking for the perfect plan, waiting for motivation, or hoping fear will disappear. But I don’t allow them to, we just decide. I coach them on how to stop negotiating with themselves. They become the kind of person who follows through regardless of how they feel that day. That shift starts to finally make a difference in something they have dreamed about for months or even years. Your results are not limited by your potential as your brain 🧠 would like to think. They’re limited by how committed you are once things become difficult. So are you merely interested in creating the life you want? Or are you hungry enough to become the person who actually creates it? If you’re ready to stop waiting and start creating real momentum in your life, let’s uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build a plan to move you toward the life you want to be possible for you. She had plenty of “evidence.” “They didn’t text back right away.” “They didn’t invite me.” “They seem distant.” Her brain had already reached its conclusion: “People are avoiding me.” But coaching isn’t about proving our thoughts right. It’s about separating the facts from the story. So we put everything on paper. The facts? Nobody had actually rejected her. Nobody had said they didn’t want to spend time with her. Nobody had asked her to stay away. What we found instead was something completely different. She was the one avoiding people. Her thoughts model looked something like this: Thought: “People are avoiding me.” ⬇️ Feeling: Shame. ⬇️ Actions: She stopped reaching out. She withdrew. She hesitated to make plans. She avoided conversations. She delayed taking action toward her goals because she assumed she wasn’t wanted. ⬇️ Result: She experienced more isolation, fewer opportunities, and a life that looked exactly like the thought she started with. Not because her thought was true. Because her thought created her behavior and created her reality. Your brain doesn’t just observe what’s actually happening, it interprets it based on what you think. And once it believes a story, it starts collecting “proof.” Every delayed response becomes rejection. Every neutral interaction becomes evidence. Every unanswered message confirms what your brain already decided. Meanwhile, you unknowingly create the very experience you fear. Imagine how different life becomes when you question the story instead of automatically believing it. What if they’re busy? What if nothing has gone wrong? What if the only thing standing between you and the relationships, opportunities, and goals you want is a thought your brain has mistaken for a fact? That’s the power of coaching. If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or assuming the worst about yourself or others, let’s uncover what’s really happening. Together we’ll separate the facts from the story so you can start creating the life you actually want. “I’ll believe I can build the business when I get my first customer.” “I’ll believe I’m a good leader when people start following me.” “I’ll believe I can change my life when I see proof.” “I’ll believe I can get married when I meet the right guy.” This is one of the biggest ways our brain keeps us stuck. The foundation of coaching is that your thoughts create your results. Because belief isn’t something you earn after success, it’s something you practice before success. But your brain will argue: “If I believe before I have evidence, I’m just lying to myself.” Or, “Isn’t that being delusional?” It sounds logical, but it’s actually a trick. Think about it. If you only believe after you get the result, what will fuel you to keep taking the uncomfortable actions required to create that result? Results don’t create belief. Belief creates the consistency that eventually creates results. This doesn’t mean pretending something has already happened when it hasn’t. It means choosing thoughts like: ➡️ “I am capable of figuring this out.” ➡️ “This goal is available to me.” ➡️ “I don’t know when it will happen, but I am becoming the person who creates it.” When you think this way, you show up differently. You keep learning after setbacks. You keep making offers after hearing no. You keep applying, writing, speaking, creating, and trying again because your belief isn’t dependent on today’s outcome. The brain wants evidence first because it wants certainty. But every meaningful goal requires you to provide the certainty before the evidence exists. That’s what faith in yourself looks like. If you find yourself saying, “I’ll believe it when…” finish that sentence. It may reveal the very belief that’s keeping you from creating what you want. If you’re ready to build unconditional belief and stop waiting for permission from your results, let’s uncover the thoughts that are keeping you stuck and replace them with ones that move you toward the life you want. Get the promotion. Start the business. Improve the marriage. Find your purpose. But that’s not the real value. The real value of a coach is that they help you become the person who can create those results over and over again. A coach helps you see the thoughts you’ve been believing without questioning them. They help you stop spending years in confusion, overthinking, and trial and error. They help you make decisions faster, recover from setbacks quicker, and take action from confidence instead of fear. The result you came for is just the beginning. One of the greatest gifts coaching has given my clients isn’t that their circumstances changed overnight. It’s that they now know how to coach themselves through whatever life brings. When conflict arises in their marriage, they don’t spiral. When they feel stuck in their career, they know how to uncover what’s really keeping them there. When fear shows up before making an important decision, they don’t let it decide their future. Their circumstances will continue to change throughout life. But the ability to manage their mind, align their decisions with their values, and move forward intentionally stays with them forever. That’s the true return on investing in coaching. You’re not just paying for a solution to today’s problem. You’re investing in a way of thinking and living that will serve you for the rest of your life. She said: “I don’t want to say anything right away because it’s supposed to be a happy time but I also want to mention to him that…” As we unpacked what actually happened, she stopped and said something that was the key 🔑 to everything: “I’m overwhelmed by this feeling that he didn’t do what I wanted even when I hinted.” Hinted. That’s when we hit the brakes. I told her something that surprised her: This isn’t your fiancé’s fault. Hinting is not communication. If you never clearly ask for what you want, you don’t get to be upset that someone didn’t decode an ambiguous hint. Our feelings don’t come from other people’s actions, they come from the meaning our brain assigns to them. Her brain had created a story: “If he really cared, he would have known.” But where was the evidence? There wasn’t any. Clear communication creates clean relationships. Expecting people to read our minds creates unnecessary drama and resentment. As we coached through it, she realized her fiancé was simply living his life, completely unaware that she had expected something different. By the end of the session she smiled and said: “I feel better just hearing my own thoughts, to be honest.” That was the breakthrough. She came to coaching convinced she had a fiancé problem. She left realizing she had a communication problem. And once she learned to separate facts from the stories her brain was creating, she knew exactly how to have the conversation with clarity instead of resentment. How many relationship arguments start because someone expected mind reading instead of clear communication? If you’re stuck in a situation where someone else’s behavior is bothering you, coaching can help you separate what actually happened from the story your brain is telling you. A family member. A sibling. A relative who just doesn’t seem to understand you. Your brain immediately wants to make them stop. “If only they would change.” But sometimes they won’t. If you’ve already communicated how their comments affect you and nothing changes, ask yourself: Is continuing to argue actually creating a different result? If the answer is no, then your energy is better spent creating boundaries than trying to change another person. One of my clients struggled with this with her older sister. Her sister regularly made hurtful comments, and despite multiple conversations, the behavior continued. So instead of coaching my client to keep explaining herself, we coached on what she could control. One simple boundary changed everything: She no longer felt obligated to answer her sister’s phone calls at night. Instead, she would send a text asking, “What’s up?” If it was important, she could respond accordingly. If it wasn’t, she didn’t have to spend the rest of her evening upset over another conversation that left her feeling misunderstood. Your peace doesn’t come from changing other people. It comes from managing your own mind and taking ownership of your actions. Your thoughts create your emotional experience, not your sister’s comments. And your boundaries are not meant to punish someone else. They’re meant to protect the life you’re trying to create. Islam encourages us to maintain family ties, but maintaining a relationship does not mean allowing unlimited access to your time, attention, or emotional well-being. Sometimes maintaining family ties looks like: • Visiting a little less often. • Keeping conversations shorter. • Choosing to text instead of taking every phone call. • Walking away from conversations that aren’t productive. You can preserve the relationship while also protecting your peace. Not every comment deserves a response. Sometimes the wisest response is no response at all. If you’re struggling with family relationships, boundaries, or finding peace without guilt, let’s create a strategy that allows you to honor both your values and your well-being. “I woke up feeling sad.” Most of us have been there. She’s been going through a rough chapter in her life personally and professionally with a cancelled engagement and a difficult boss. The first thing our brain wants to do is figure out why. What’s the exact reason behind the sadness. It starts searching for a reason: * Maybe it’s my job. * Maybe it’s my relationship. * Maybe something is wrong with me. * Maybe I’ll feel like this all day. But this is where coaching changes everything. Our feelings are not problems to solve or eliminate. A feeling is simply a vibration in the body. The suffering comes from the thoughts we have about that feeling. Feeling sad isn’t what keeps you stuck. It’s the thoughts that follow: “I shouldn’t feel this way.” “This means something is wrong.” “I’ll never get out of this.” Those thoughts create even more sadness, hopelessness, and inaction. I coach my clients to stop treating emotions like emergencies. Instead of reacting to the feeling, I ask: “What are you making this sadness mean?” That question changes everything. Because when you stop making sadness mean that you’re broken, failing, or headed in the wrong direction, you create space to experience the emotion without letting it run your life. You don’t need to fix every feeling. You need to become someone who can feel it without making it mean something terrible. Ironically, when you stop resisting an emotion, it moves through you much faster. Your emotions aren’t your enemy. They’re information. If you’ve been feeling emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or like your feelings are controlling your decisions, coaching can help you learn a completely different way of responding. Email [email protected] to book your free consultation call. 7/24/2026 What is your life right now?Have you ever found yourself asking: “What is my life right now?”
That question usually isn’t about one bad day. It’s the feeling that somewhere along the way, your life stopped feeling like yours. Maybe your decisions revolve around your parents’ expectations. Maybe your children’s needs consume every ounce of your energy. Maybe you’re constantly considering what your spouse, family, friends, or community will think before you make a decision. You love the people in your life. But somewhere along the way, their voices became louder than your own. You start feeling like everyone else has influence over your life except you. Then you notice it’s not just the big dreams that feel out of reach. You can’t even do what you want in the small moments of your day. You want to go for a walk, but someone needs you to drive them somewhere. You want to read a book, but you have to make food for the kids instead. You want to take a class, make that phone call, or spend an hour working toward your dream but somehow, your day gets filled with everything except what matters to you. Over time, you begin to wonder “Is this just my life now?” Most people think they need better boundaries, more discipline, or a different schedule. Those things can help. But your life isn’t created by your circumstances it’s created by your thinking about those circumstances. Your actions always mirror what you believe is possible and what you believe you’re allowed to have. If you’re thinking: “I don’t really have a choice.” “Everyone else comes first.” “I’ll focus on myself later.” your brain will continue creating evidence that those thoughts are true. The work is to change the beliefs that make you feel like you don’t have ownership of your life. Because when your thinking changes from: “My life is being decided for me.” to “I get to intentionally create my life while still loving and caring for the people around me.” Everything begins to shift. You stop waiting for permission. You stop believing your dreams have to come last. And you start making decisions that reflect the life you actually want to live. If you’ve been asking yourself, “What is my life right now?” that question isn’t a sign that something is wrong. It’s your wake-up call that it’s time to start living intentionally instead of automatically. If you’re ready to take back ownership of your life and uncover the thoughts keeping you stuck, I’d love to help. But your ability to rest is just as important as your ability to work. Because the quality of your work doesn’t just come from the hours you put in. It comes from the quality of your mind while you’re doing it. If you find yourself unable to relax, don’t judge yourself. Get curious. Ask yourself: What am I believing that makes rest feel uncomfortable? Maybe it’s: * “If I’m not working, I’m falling behind.” * “I have to earn my rest.” * “Successful people are always productive.” * “I’ll lose momentum if I slow down.” Those aren’t facts. They’re thoughts. And those thoughts create guilt, anxiety, and the constant urge to stay busy even when your body and mind need a break. Our feelings come from our thoughts, not our circumstances. If rest feels impossible, the answer isn’t to force yourself to relax. It’s to uncover the thinking that’s making relaxation feel unsafe. Build a life you actually enjoy living inside. That means creating success from sufficiency and intentionality, not from fear, hustle, or proving your worth. Rest isn’t the opposite of productivity. It’s part of it. A rested mind makes clearer decisions, solves problems more creatively, and shows up with far more intention than an exhausted one ever could. So if taking a break feels harder than working, don’t immediately try to change your actions. Investigate your thoughts first. Because when your thinking changes, rest no longer feels like something you have to justify. It simply becomes part of the life you’re building. If you’d like help uncovering the thoughts that keep you stuck in overworking, guilt, or burnout, I’d love to help. Email [email protected] to book your free consultation call. 7/22/2026 Change your thoughtsMost people try to solve problems by changing their actions.
But that’s rarely where the real problem is. They think: “I need to be more disciplined.” “I need a better routine.” “I need to try harder.” So they change what they’re doing. For a little while, it works. Then they end up right back where they started. Because actions don’t create your results. Your thoughts create your actions. And your actions create your results. If you keep the same thoughts but force different actions, eventually your brain will pull you right back to what’s familiar. Imagine someone who wants to start exercising. They force themselves to wake up at 6 a.m. every day. But underneath, they’re still thinking: “I’m just not someone who sticks with things.” “Exercise is miserable.” “I’ve never been disciplined.” Those thoughts create resistance every single morning. Eventually, they stop. Not because they lacked willpower. Because their actions were fighting against their thinking. The lasting solution isn’t to become better at forcing yourself. It’s to coach the thoughts creating the resistance in the first place. We don’t create lasting change by white-knuckling better habits. We create lasting change by changing the thinking that produces those habits. When your thoughts change, your actions stop feeling like a battle. And that’s when your results become sustainable. If you’re tired of solving the same problem over and over again, it’s not your actions that need coaching, it’s your thinking. Let’s uncover the thoughts keeping you stuck so you can finally create different results. Email [email protected] to book your free consultation call. |
