7/31/2025 What if I want to do everything?“What if I want to do everything?”
If you’re multi-passionate, that question feels familiar. You’ve got ideas, talents, dreams, and big visions in multiple directions. And you’re scared. Scared to choose. Scared to leave something behind. Scared that picking one thing means killing all the other dreams. So you hold on to all of them. You keep dreaming, planning, researching, talking, but never fully committing. It feels safe. You get to stay excited. You get to say, “I could do any of these things.” You don’t risk failure, regret, or grief. But here’s the truth: That fear? It’s keeping you stuck. It’s keeping you from actually living your purpose — and from seeing what’s possible when you go all in on the path Allah put inside of you. Being multi-passionate isn’t the problem. The problem is thinking you need to pick the one perfect thing forever or else it doesn’t count. But that’s not how purpose works. You’re meant to evolve. Your path can hold layers and seasons. You can honor your many gifts — but you have to start somewhere to gain the clarity and momentum you crave. We know that our ultimate purpose is to worship Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) — but how we serve, contribute, and leave impact varies from person to person. He didn’t give you your passions by accident. But you’ll never see their full potential until you commit and do something with them. So if you’re stuck in the loop of “maybe this… maybe that…” Let’s break the cycle. I want to help you get clarity on what your next right step is. It might change everything. Email me to book your free consultation call 📞 [email protected] Salam 👋🏽, I’m Meha, a life & purpose coach focused on empowering Muslim women to live more fulfilled lives and achieve success on their own terms. Feeling stuck about what you’re meant to do with your life or career—despite thinking, journaling, and praying on it?
You’re not alone. The women I coach are brilliant. Accomplished. Thoughtful. They’ve done everything “right.” But when it comes to what’s next… they’re spinning. Not because they lack ambition or effort—but because we’ve been taught a flawed way to find clarity. In my new video, I walk you through 3 major myths that keep us confused about our life path—and what to do instead. Here’s a sneak peek: ❌ Why “follow your passion” is terrible advice ❌ How “do what you’re good at” traps you in roles that drain you ❌ And why waiting for clarity to just magically appear never works ✨ Plus: what actually works when you want to feel aligned, grounded, and on-purpose—in both your career and your life. 📩 Email me and I’ll send you the video. [email protected] This is for the women who are ready to stop spinning and start building a future with intention, not confusion. 7/29/2025 What does fulfilling work feel like? What does a life of purpose feel like?
One of my clients described it like this: ✨ Waking up excited to start her day. ✨ Feeling mentally engaged and motivated by the work she’s doing. ✨ Operating with excellence (ihsan) in her field—bringing creativity, intention, and integrity into her work. ✨ Having a clear sense of direction, with goals that feel meaningful and doable. ✨ No more overworking or sitting in burnout. No more doing nothing and feeling stuck. ✨ A life of balance, where work fits alongside the rest of what matters. ✨ Feeling proud of what she does and aligned with her faith and values. That’s what she’s seeking. And honestly? That’s what so many Muslim women want but don’t always know how to create. Not just a job. Not just a paycheck. But a career that feels aligned—with who they are, what they care about, and what Allah ﷻ has entrusted them with. Because when you find that kind of alignment, work becomes a form of worship. And life gets lighter, clearer, and more fulfilling. If this is what you’re longing for too, I want to invite you to a free consultation. We’ll talk about where you are right now, what a purposeful life looks like for you, and whether coaching is the right next step. You deserve a life that feels like 10/10—in this world and the next, inshaAllah. It just follows you. From one phase of life to the next. From your 20s to your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s…and beyond That quiet ache of “I’m meant for more than this.” That whisper that says “There’s something I was born to do.” You’re still you, no matter how many years pass. And just because you get older doesn’t mean you diminish. You carry your calling with you—until you answer it. In the book “The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying,” the #1 regret was: “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” But for us as Muslims, it’s even deeper. We were created with a sacred trust. “Indeed, We offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it—but man undertook it…” (Qur’an 33:72) That amanah includes your role in this world. The potential Allah gave you. The gifts He gave you. The work He placed in your heart. And the people He meant for you to serve. You’re not too young. You’re not too old. And the feeling won’t go away until you look it in the eye. Start where you are. I offer free consultations to help you explore your purpose—with clarity, with compassion, and through the lens of our faith. Your amanah is waiting. But my client learned it only takes one—the one willing to do the work. She used to have a tense relationship with her mother. Every conversation ended in an argument. The kind where your whole body feels like it’s vibrating and you’re exhausted for hours after. In coaching, we worked on this: ✨ “You’re the only one who needs to change.” Not because the other person is perfect. But because when you focus on controlling your reactions, not the other person, everything shifts. At first, her brain resisted. “No way. It takes two. She needs to change too.” But we kept working. This week, she told me what happened. Her mom asked something in front of her aunt. My client said, “I’m staying out of this.” Her mom exploded. Accused her. Yelled. But this time… no reaction. Her body was calm. The usual screaming match never came. She simply said: “Mom, you’re a grown woman. You don’t need anyone’s permission to live your life. Not my aunt’s or anyone else.” Her mom stayed upset. But my client didn’t take it personally. She saw why her mom was reacting because she didn’t want to upset her own sister. She had compassion without collapsing. The next day, her mom bought her favorite ice cream. No apology. Just, “Look, I got you what you like.” And that was enough. No big talk needed. My client received it with grace. That was the repair. That was love. That’s the power of coaching. Tangible. Measurable. Real-life results. Yes, we work on dreams, careers, clarity. But it always comes back to: 💫 Who are you being? 💫 Where is your power? 💫 Are you living in a way that pleases Allah? If you want to change your life—start with you. That’s where your power is. And that’s what I help my clients access. I offer a free one hour consultation. Let’s talk about what could change for you when you finally put yourself in the driver’s seat. A lot of brilliant women are waiting for clarity like it’s a package in the mail. 📦 They keep checking the door like: “Maybe tomorrow I’ll just know what I’m meant to do.” But that’s not how purpose works. Purpose isn’t passive. It doesn’t “click” one day while folding laundry. 🧺 It’s something you build—by asking the right questions, and learning how to listen for the right answers. And if no one ever taught you how to do that, of course you feel stuck. It’s not your fault. But it is in your power to change it. I recorded a short (free) video that breaks this down: – Why you don’t have clarity yet (even if you’ve journaled, prayed, and spiraled on long walks) – Why your brain actually resists feeling fulfilled – And what to do if you’re tired of living life on autopilot ✨If this speaks to you, Email me and I’ll send it over. [email protected] You’re not confused. You’re just waiting for the wrong thing. Most people think the hard part is finding your purpose.
But that’s actually just phase one. The second phase — the one that catches most people off guard — is coaching your brain to actually walk toward it. Because the truth is: ➡️ Your brain will resist doing the things that bring you closer to fulfillment. ➡️ Not because they’re bad — but because they’re new. ➡️ And new feels unsafe to a brain that’s trained to survive, not thrive. Even if where you are now feels heavy, confusing, or disappointing… Your brain will choose it over and over again just because it’s familiar. That’s why purpose work needs coaching to create tangible results. You might get a burst of clarity of what your purpose is — then stall, overthink, or sabotage it. From an Islamic perspective, this reminds me of the du’a of Prophet Musa عليه السلام: “رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي” “My Lord, expand for me my chest…” (Qur’an 20:25) Even a prophet asked for the emotional capacity to step into his mission. Because having a purpose is one thing. Living it out takes strength, clarity, and support. If you’re in that first phase — trying to figure out what your purpose even is right now -- I made a short video to help you take that first step. Email me and I’ll send it over. [email protected] You’re not broken. You’re just stuck in an old pattern. Let’s change that, one powerful step at a time. 7/24/2025 Did everythingA lot of women come to me with this quiet worry:
👉 “I’ve done everything I was supposed to do… So why don’t I feel fulfilled?” They’re smart. Educated. Capable. But they’re walking around with a foggy feeling that something’s off. They wonder if they chose the wrong career. Or if it’s too late to pivot. Or if they missed some big sign that was supposed to tell them what to do. The truth? So many of us were never taught how to discern what we’re meant to do. We were just taught to chase approval, grades, degrees, or stability. But what if your next step isn’t hiding from you? What if you just need a better process to find it? I made a free video to help you start unpacking it. If this resonates, email me, and I’ll send it to you. [email protected] 7/24/2025 Something feels offYou did everything you were “supposed” to do.
Good grades. A+ Good school. 🎓 Good job. 💼 And yet… something feels off. You look at your life and wonder: Why am I still not fulfilled? Why don’t I feel excited about what I’m doing? Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out while I’m spinning in circles inside my own mind? You’re not ungrateful. You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just at a point where doing what you “should” is no longer enough. You want to do what actually feels right. This is exactly the work I do with my clients. We dig deep. We get honest. We figure out what’s next—based on you. I made a short video explaining this — why you feel stuck, why clarity feels so far away, and how to start figuring it out. 📹 If you want the free video, Email me: [email protected] Let’s stop surviving and start living on purpose. 7/22/2025 Don't just coastMost of us were never taught how to figure out what we actually want to do with our lives.
And yet, knowing our purpose isn’t just a “nice to have” — it’s a need. Imam Al-Ghazali categorized human needs 850 years before Maslow’s pyramid that we all learn in psychology class. Al Ghazali’s needs were described as a progression with the Islamic spiritual element, Maslow simply removed the religious perspective and turned it into a pyramid, other than that it’s exactly the same. Al-Ghazali described human needs as a progression of the soul — from survival and safety all the way to living a life of deep meaning and purpose in service of Allah (SWT). Purpose isn’t some type of luxury. It’s part of our fitrah (God given instinct). When we’re stuck in unfulfilling work or going through life on autopilot, it’s no surprise we feel restless. Because our soul was created for more. I made a short video explaining this — why you feel stuck, why clarity feels so far away, and how to start figuring it out. 📹 If you want the free video, DM me your email. And if you’re ready to take action, I designed a 30-day program to help you get clear on what you want and how to move toward it — with a plan rooted in Islamic values. Email me to book a free 1:1 consultation. We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether this program is the right fit. [email protected] Let’s stop coasting through life and start living with intention. |
