4/30/2025 This is the worst case scenarioYou’re already living your “worst-case scenario.”
You’re already not doing the thing you quietly think 💭 about. You’re already not using the gifts 🎁 Allah gave you in the way you could. You’re already not showing up fully in your life. So when your brain 🧠 says, “What if I try and fail?” Ask yourself—fail compared to what? You’re already living the version where you didn’t go for it. And if you’re honest, you know what that feels like. You’re not fulfilled. You’re not proud. You’re not at peace with staying where you are. Your brain will try to convince you that playing it safe is protection-- But often it’s just fear in disguise. Even if you try and it doesn’t turn out the way you hoped, you will respect yourself for showing up. You will feel more whole for doing the hard thing. You will love who you become in that process. The version of you that tried and didn’t hide is so much more alive and aligned than the one hiding now. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both.” Strength isn’t just physical. It’s spiritual and emotional. It’s the strength to act. To choose. To move with intention even when it’s uncomfortable. So if you’ve been waiting for some perfect moment, ask yourself: Is my brain protecting me, or just keeping me from the life I know I want to live? If you’re ready to talk about what’s next- Email me to book your free consultation call 📞 [email protected] Salam 👋🏽, I’m Meha, a life & purpose coach focused on empowering Muslim women to live more fulfilled lives and achieve success on their own terms. 4/29/2025 The next step after self awarenessThe first step to working on yourself is self-awareness.
Noticing your thoughts 💭 as they arise. Noticing how you’re feeling. Noticing what triggers you. It’s powerful work. But here’s what most people miss about self-awareness: It’s not just about noticing. It’s about what you do with what you notice. For many women I coach, the pattern looks like this: • “Why would I think that? I’m a horrible person.” • “Why do I feel this way? I should just be grateful.” • “I failed because I didn’t do it right. Again.” • “Why am I always like this?” Self-awareness turns into self-judgment. And all that valuable noticing? Set on fire 🔥 Allah tells us: “And do not despair of the mercy of Allah.” (Qur’an 39:53) Judgment shuts the door 🚪 to mercy. Reflection and compassion open it. If you approach yourself with judgment, you’ll hit a roadblock 🚧 You’ll stop growing—not because you can’t, but because shame becomes the loudest 📢 voice in the room. From that place, you can’t think clearly about your next steps. You just feel stuck. So let me ask you this: You’ve been working on becoming more self-aware… But are you using that awareness to grow? Or are you stuck in blame and shame? If you’re ready to stop spiraling 🌀 and start moving forward ⏩ Book a free consultation with me. Let’s talk about how to shift from judgment to growth, with tools 🛠️ rooted in faith and grounded in compassion. It’s so much more than that. Coaching is having someone help you figure out what to do and actually take action on building the life you want — not the life you’ve gotten used to. Your current environment — your friends, your family, your routines — they’ll keep reminding you of who you currently are. They’ll keep reflecting back the version of you they know, even if you feel ready to outgrow it. A coaching container is different. It’s like re-potting a plant 🪴 into fresh soil, with the right light and nutrients, so it can finally grow into its full potential. In coaching, we create a space that nurtures the version of you that: • Has things she doesn’t have yet. • Feels a deep sense of contentment every morning she wakes up. • Falls asleep every night feeling aligned with who she is and where she’s headed. From an Islamic lens — growth is a divine principle. Allah (SWT) describes Himself as Rabb — the One who nurtures and develops. In the same way, we are called to constantly nurture and develop ourselves — not just spiritually, but mentally, emotionally, and even in how we show up in the world. You don’t have to stay stuck in the same soil forever. You were created for growth. If you’re ready to plant yourself in new soil, to nourish the next version of you, I invite you to book a free consultation call with me. Let’s talk about what’s next for you, InshaAllah. It’s the energy you do it with. Most people think success comes down to doing the right things. The right strategy. The right steps. The right action plan. And yes, action matters. But the energy behind the action — your mindset, your perspective, your intention — is what determines whether those actions actually work or not. We live in a world overflowing with information. You can learn how to start a business, lose weight, find your purpose, get promoted — all for free, in five minutes online. So if knowing what to do was the key 🔑 Wouldn’t we all be exactly where we want to be? But we’re not. Because information isn’t enough. Action plans aren’t enough. It’s the state you’re in when you take the action that determines your result. You can follow a strategy perfectly but if you’re doing it with fear, desperation, doubt, hesitation — it won’t create the result you want. Even if it looks “right” on the outside, it won’t land the same way. It’s like planting seeds into poisoned soil and wondering why nothing grows. This is the part most people miss: They think the problem is, “I just haven’t found the right method yet.” So they jump from one program to another, one plan to another. When in reality, the method isn’t broken. Their energy isn’t clean. Mindset is the soil. Mindset is the water. Mindset is the sunlight. Without it, no action — no matter how “correct” — can thrive. In Islam we’re taught, “Actions are judged by intentions.” It’s not just what you do that matters to Allah. It’s why and how you do it — the state of your heart, your sincerity, your inner world. And just like our deeds in worship are elevated or emptied by the quality of our intention… Our actions in the dunya — our work, our health, our relationships — are also shaped by the unseen energy behind them. I help you clean up the invisible drivers — the mindset, the beliefs, the energy — so that your actions actually have power behind them. Because when you fix the inside, the outside becomes easy. You become the person who naturally achieves what she wants, without needing to force or hustle your way there. If you’re ready to stop chasing more information and start transforming from the inside out, get on a free consultation. We’ll talk about what’s keeping you stuck — and what mindset shifts will move you forward, inshaAllah. No debt. A healthy money set aside account. Always planning ahead. I thought that meant I was secure. But one day, I heard someone say something that stopped me in my tracks: “If you don’t feel secure within yourself, no amount of money will ever make you feel secure.” And suddenly I realized -- I had been putting my trust in money, not in Allah. SubhanAllah, it was humbling. Because Allah tells us clearly: “Whoever puts their trust in Allah – He is sufficient for them.” (Qur’an 65:3) It wasn’t the numbers in my accounts giving me safety. It was Allah the whole time. And I had been missing it. Since shifting my trust back to Allah, the sense of security I feel — no matter what’s happening externally — is something money could never buy. If you’re realizing you might be relying on something other than Allah for your sense of safety, you’re not alone. Come book a free consultation with me — let’s work on building the kind of unshakeable security that only comes from Him. What’s happening in Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon, Sudan, Congo and many more places isn’t just hard to watch. It’s devastating. And in the middle of that devastation, many of us are still trying to show up for our work. Still trying to serve. Still trying to lead. Still trying to hold the weight of this world and move forward in it. You can carry pain and still do powerful, purposeful things. Not by pushing it down. Not by “compartmentalizing.” But by allowing yourself to feel. Fully. And deciding, on purpose, who you want to be in the middle of it. You can hold space for deep, painful emotion and take intentional, committed action. Not to distract. Not to numb. But because the work you’re doing matters. From an Islamic perspective, we are taught that grief and action can coexist. That the heart is allowed to break, and the limbs still commanded to act. That we are responsible for using what Allah has given us—our voice, our wealth, our skills, our time—to serve His creation, especially in times of hardship. Look at the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ After losing Khadijah (RA) and Abu Talib—his strongest emotional and social support—he was grieving deeply. That year was so heavy, it’s known as ‘Aam al-Huzn—the Year of Sorrow. And still, with his heart raw and vulnerable, he traveled to Ta’if to invite people to Islam. He was rejected, insulted, and stoned until he bled. And what did he say in his du’a? “If You are not angry with me, I do not mind.” This is what it means to feel pain and keep walking. To be heartbroken and devoted. To be fully human and fully in service. Next week, I’m hosting a special workshop on navigating the pain of Palestine while trying to show up for your life, work, business and dreams. If you want to attend, Email me your email address and I’ll send over the Zoom details. [email protected] You don’t have to choose between feeling it fully and being devoted to doing the work. You can do both. the more you create things to feel bad about in your future. I worked with a client who couldn’t stop replaying her “mistakes” from her 20s. She kept saying things like: “I should’ve chosen a different major.” “I wasted so many years.” “I can’t believe I let myself get that off track.” Because of those thoughts, she hesitated to make new decisions. She avoided applying to programs that could’ve helped her grow. She delayed launching the business she’d been dreaming about. Her past became the script for her future. Until she learned this one truth: Your past doesn’t create your results. Your thoughts about your past do. Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullah) said: “Shaytan rejoices more in the believer’s despair than in his sin.” SubhanAllah. It’s not the mistake that breaks us—it’s the decision to live within and stay stuck in that moment. In Islam, we are taught that Allah forgives all sins—He is At-Tawwab, Al-Ghaffar, Ar-Raheem. Whether it’s an actual sin or even an actual mistake, Allah has already moved on from your past, why haven’t you? Your results are waiting. When you release the shame, you reclaim your future. Let’s clean up the thoughts that are blocking your future—and build from where you are now. Your past is not your punishment. It’s part of your preparation. You can either be a present mom or build a business. You can either write that book 📕 in one go or not at all. You can either stay in your stable job or launch that app idea 💡 It convinces you that the only way to do something big… is to blow up your life and disappear for 30 days, 3 months, or a year 🗓️ So you end up doing nothing. Because real life doesn’t have room for extremes like that. At least not consistently. So the dream stays shelved. But here’s what I’ve learned: It’s not the all or nothing approach that builds something meaningful. It’s something always. One page 📃 a day. One hour ⏳a week. One small risk taken while holding on to your responsibilities. For me, I run my business outside of my kids’ hours. When they’re at school or asleep 😴 If a networking event comes up during their weekend swim 🏊🏼class? I don’t go — because my priority right now is being with them. But if something’s happening during school hours or a time my husband can be with them — I pick up and go. And I don’t feel guilty either way. I have a decision-making system that aligns with my values — so no resentment, no regret. “Your time is your life, and your life is your capital: by it you make your trade, and by it you will reach the eternal bounties in the proximity of Allah.” — Imam al-Ghazali You don’t need to disappear to make your dream 💭 real. You just need to decide — and start where you are, with what you have. If your brain is stuck in “I have to choose one or the other”… Let’s get on a consult. You don’t need to blow up your life to change it. Email me to book your free consultation call 📞 [email protected] Salam 👋🏽, I’m Meha, a life & purpose coach focused on empowering Muslim women to live more fulfilled lives and achieve success on their own terms. 4/22/2025 Designed for youSo many coaching spaces—even the well-meaning ones—are not made with us in mind.
As a woman of color, as a Muslim woman, and as someone Indigenous to Palestine, I’ve had coaching experiences where the disconnection was subtle… and other times, deeply unsettling. Like hearing someone speak about Israel as if it’s just a real place—not a brutal, genocidal settler-colonial project. Or hearing colonization described as “not all bad.” These moments land hard, because they’re not just about ideas—they’re about lived experiences, identity, and the deep injustice our communities have endured. Even in spaces meant for healing and growth, the white-centered lens can leave us feeling erased, misunderstood, or even harmed. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create something different. A coaching space for Muslim women, by a Muslim woman. One that centers our values, honors our identities, and gives us the tools to grow in ways that are aligned with our faith. Because coaching is not only about individual success—it’s about that success building toward collective empowerment for the Ummah. If you’re ready to explore what growth can look like through your lens, I invite you to book a free consultation. Let’s talk about how this work can serve you. Now, she has less anxiety and she knows how to manage the anxiety she does have. And she’s on the path to becoming someone who doesn’t identify with anxiety anymore. There are a lot of prescriptions, apps, and meditations out there. But the real secret to stopping anxiety is learning how to manage your mind 🧠 You can actually do that. You can manage your brain instead of your brain managing you. Because when you have anxiety, your brain is running around like a toddler unsupervised—making noise, jumping to conclusions, imagining everything that could go wrong. It needs supervision. It needs guidance. It needs someone to say, “No, we’re not going there. This is where we’re going instead.” That someone is you. Your brain will always want to take you to the worst-case scenario. It thinks it’s protecting you. But when you learn how to manage your mind, you can gently but firmly direct your brain away from all the terrible things that might happen… and into the present moment. What is happening now. What is working. What is in your control. And from an Islamic lens—this matters even more. Because living in constant fear of what might go wrong is not the way of tawakkul. Yes, we prepare. Yes, we plan. But we trust in the One who has always been in control. We know Allah is the best of planners. And we remind our minds that He is enough for us. You’re not meant to live trapped in fear. You’re meant to lead your mind—with faith, wisdom, and calm. If you want help doing that, I’d love to support you.
