And no matter what you accomplish, your brain quickly moves to: “You should’ve done better.” “It’s still not enough.” Over time, that kind of thinking doesn’t motivate you. It exhausts you. It creates self-doubt, pressure, frustration, and the feeling that you can never fully relax into your own life.
